How you will access your services:
You’ll need to use an email address and password to access your identity monitoring services. If you are not currently using an email address to log in, you'll be prompted to update it.
If you currently use another sign-in method, you’ll have an opportunity to update your account.
If you have a username that is not an email address.
You’ll need to update your username to an email address. You’ll be prompted to do so during the first time accessing your account after the changes.
If your username is already your email address.
You’ll need to confirm your email address during the first time accessing your account after the update.
Look and Feel:
After the move, when you access the web portal, you will be redirected to our new enrollment web address, which will walk you through setting up your new sign-in credentials.
You’ll notice a few changes to the layout of the site, including:
1Site Navigation and Membership Number - use the site navigation on the left to view your membership number, access your alerts, resources or other monitoring service pages.
2Profile Settings - update your login information, change your address or update other account information all from a single location in Profile Settings.
3Summary Blocks - reference these for valuable information and click to access the most commonly used tools.
4Dashboard Components - depending on the service(s) you have been provided, this section will contain a quick summary of your monitored information or educational information.
5Recent Alerts - a summary of any recent monitoring alerts and the ability to view more details.
